Our training centre is located on the ground floor, with accessible parking available at the rear of the building. If you are driving from Montreal, take Autoroute 10 East and exit at Boulevard de Portland. The office is about 8 minutes from the exit.

Where to find us
Our training centre sits in the Johnston Vista business park in Sherbrooke, Quebec. The building is a two-storey brick structure with a blue awning. Visitor parking is free and there are several restaurants within walking distance for lunch during full-day workshops.
If you are travelling from outside the region, Sherbrooke is served by daily bus routes from Montreal (about 2.5 hours) and has several hotels within a 10-minute drive of our office. We are happy to recommend accommodation for multi-day programs.
Frequently asked questions about getting started
How quickly can you set up a program?
For standard workshops (leadership, communication, change management), we can typically schedule a session within three to four weeks of signing the agreement. Custom-designed programs require an additional two to three weeks for curriculum development.
Do you travel to our location?
Yes. About 70% of our engagements take place on-site at the client's offices. We bring all materials, and we only ask that you provide a room with a projector, a whiteboard and seating for the group. Travel costs within Quebec are included in our standard pricing. For locations in Ontario or the Maritimes, we add a flat travel surcharge that we quote in advance.
What is the typical group size?
We work best with groups of 8 to 14 participants. Smaller groups are fine, though the per-person cost rises. For larger cohorts, we run multiple sessions rather than packing 30 people into one room, because skill-building requires active participation and individual feedback.
Can we get a sample agenda before committing?
Absolutely. After our initial phone call, we will send you a draft agenda and a one-page scope document at no cost. That gives you something concrete to share with your leadership team before making a decision.
