Our programs in detail

Leadership development workshop in progress

Leadership development intensive

3 days 8–14 participants On-site or Sherbrooke centre

Built for people who have recently moved into management roles or who manage teams of five or more without formal training. The three days cover delegation frameworks, giving and receiving feedback, running productive one-on-ones and making decisions when information is incomplete.

Day one focuses on self-assessment: participants complete a 360-degree feedback exercise before arriving and spend the morning reviewing their results with a facilitator. Days two and three are structured around live role-plays drawn from scenarios the participants submit in advance. We film each role-play and review clips together, which makes patterns visible in a way that lecture slides cannot.

  • Pre-workshop 360-degree feedback survey for each participant
  • Printed workbook with frameworks, templates and reflection exercises
  • Video recording of role-plays (shared privately with each participant)
  • 30-day post-workshop individual coaching call (30 minutes)
  • 60-day follow-up report for the sponsoring manager
Team communication workshop exercise

Team communication workshop

2 days 8–12 participants On-site preferred

This program is designed for intact teams that work together daily and want to improve how they run meetings, handle disagreements and coordinate across functions. We prefer to deliver it on-site because we observe the team's actual meetings beforehand (with permission) and use real examples during the workshop.

On day one, participants watch video clips of their own meetings and identify patterns: who talks most, how decisions get made (or don't), where information gets lost. Day two introduces structured techniques for meeting facilitation, conflict de-escalation and asynchronous communication norms. Each participant leaves with a written commitment to one behaviour change, which their manager follows up on at the 30-day mark.

  • Pre-workshop observation of two team meetings (recorded with consent)
  • Edited video clips used as teaching material during the workshop
  • Meeting facilitation toolkit (agenda templates, decision logs, follow-up checklists)
  • Individual behaviour-change commitment card
  • 30-day check-in call with the team leader
Executive coaching session

Executive coaching

6–12 sessions over 3–6 months 1-on-1 In person or video

For directors, VPs and C-level leaders who need a thinking partner rather than a classroom. Sessions are 75 minutes each, scheduled every two to three weeks. The coach works with the executive on specific challenges: preparing for a board presentation, managing a difficult direct report, navigating a restructuring or developing a personal leadership style that fits the organization's culture.

We start with a structured intake: the executive completes a self-assessment and we interview two to four of their colleagues (with permission) to build a picture of how they are perceived. From there, each session has a clear agenda set by the executive, with the coach providing frameworks, honest observations and accountability.

  • Structured intake with colleague interviews
  • 75-minute coaching sessions (6 minimum, 12 recommended)
  • Between-session email support for urgent questions
  • Mid-point progress review with the executive's manager or board sponsor
  • Final summary report with recommendations for continued development
Change management town hall meeting

Change management program

6–12 weeks Leadership team + broader org On-site

When your organization is going through a merger, technology migration, restructuring or significant policy change, this program helps leaders plan and execute the human side of the transition. We embed with your leadership team for the duration of the engagement, attending weekly meetings and advising on communication strategy in real time.

The first two weeks are diagnostic: we interview stakeholders at multiple levels to map concerns, resistance points and information gaps. Weeks three through six focus on building a communication plan, training managers to hold "listening sessions" with their teams, and creating feedback channels so leadership hears what is actually happening on the ground. The remaining weeks are support and adjustment as the change rolls out.

  • Stakeholder interview report with risk assessment
  • Written communication plan with draft messages for each phase
  • Manager training on holding listening sessions (half-day workshop)
  • Weekly advisory calls with the project sponsor
  • Post-engagement debrief and lessons-learned document

How every engagement works

Regardless of which program you choose, the process follows the same four phases. This structure keeps things predictable for you and ensures we are solving the right problem before we start training anyone.

Diagnostic

We interview managers, review available data (engagement surveys, exit interviews, performance reviews) and identify the specific skill gaps worth addressing. This phase takes one to two weeks and costs nothing if you proceed with a program.

Design

Based on the diagnostic, we build a curriculum tailored to your organization. You receive a detailed agenda, learning objectives and a list of pre-work for participants. Design takes one to three weeks depending on the level of customization.

Delivery

The workshop or coaching engagement runs as scheduled. Our facilitators bring all materials. We ask you to provide a room, a projector and coffee. Groups stay small so every participant gets individual attention.

Follow-up

At 30 days, each participant receives a coaching call. At 60 days, we re-interview the managers we spoke to during the diagnostic and deliver a written report comparing before and after. You see what changed and what still needs work.

Pricing and logistics

We quote every engagement at a fixed price after the diagnostic phase. There are no hourly rates and no surprise add-ons. The quote includes facilitator time, all materials, travel within Quebec, and the 60-day follow-up. For engagements outside Quebec, we add a flat travel surcharge that we disclose upfront.

To give you a rough sense of scale: a two-day team communication workshop for 12 participants typically falls between $6,000 and $9,000 CAD. The three-day leadership intensive runs between $8,500 and $13,000 CAD depending on customization. Executive coaching is priced per session, usually between $350 and $500 CAD per 75-minute meeting. Change management engagements are scoped individually because the duration and level of involvement vary widely.

We invoice 50% at signing and 50% upon completion. For multi-month engagements, we can arrange monthly billing. All prices are quoted before tax.

Ready to explore which program fits your team? Send us an inquiry and we will schedule a 30-minute call to discuss your situation. There is no cost for the initial conversation or the diagnostic phase if you decide to move forward.
