Corporate training workshop in a modern boardroom

Corporate Training that changes how your teams actually work

We run hands-on workshops and coaching programs for organizations across Quebec and beyond. Our focus: leadership, communication and collaboration skills your people can use the day they walk out of the room.

What we do

Since 2016, Corporate Empowerment Lab has delivered over 400 training engagements for mid-size and large organizations in sectors like manufacturing, healthcare, financial services and public administration. We work in English and French, on-site at your facilities or at our Sherbrooke training centre.

Each program starts with a diagnostic conversation: we interview managers and team leads, review internal survey data if you have it, and identify the two or three skill gaps that will give you the biggest return. Then we design a curriculum around those gaps, usually between two and five workshop days spread over a quarter.

Leadership development

A 3-day intensive for new and mid-level managers covering delegation, feedback loops, performance conversations and decision-making under pressure. Groups of 8 to 14 people.

Team communication

Two-day workshops built around live simulations. Participants practice conflict resolution, cross-functional alignment and meeting facilitation with immediate video playback and coaching.

Change management

When your organization is going through a merger, restructuring or technology rollout, this program helps leaders communicate the "why," manage resistance and maintain morale over a 6-to-12-week engagement.

Why organizations choose us

Most training providers hand you a binder and a certificate. We measure whether behaviour actually shifts. Every program includes a 60-day follow-up: we re-interview the same managers we spoke to during the diagnostic, compare notes, and give you a written report on what changed and what still needs attention.

Our facilitators have run real teams. Nadia Caron spent 12 years in operations management at a Sherbrooke-based manufacturer before joining us. Marc-Antoine Dufour led organizational development at a regional health authority. They bring frameworks from those experiences, not just textbook theory.

We keep groups small, usually 8 to 14 participants. Large lecture-hall sessions don't build skills. Ours involve role-plays, case discussions drawn from your own organization and structured peer feedback. Participants leave with a personal action plan and a coaching follow-up call 30 days later.
